Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Telecommunications Expense Management Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to Monitor telephony services through their lifecycle and process payments ensuring timely, accurate payments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Processing payments for telephony services as well as other IT services
• Monitoring and tracking orders for telephony services
• Interacting with other departments to answer questions
• Running reports upon request
• Ensuring vendor agreements are met

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 2-year degree in Business or Finance (or related curriculum) and 2-4 years of related work experience in an IT asset management or accounts payable role, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education. 

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with Accounts Payable, IT Asset Management and associated software tools

• Ability to use MS Office products at an advanced level, including Excel

• Detail oriented, with the ability to organize, manage and keep current information about a large number of products, applications and services
• Written and oral communication skills appropriate for the position, including the ability to speak very well in basic professional situations and present technical data in a logical manner that is easy to understand (may include communication via telephone, in person, or presenting to small groups).  Ability to write moderately complex documents (may include emails, memos, procedures, presentations).  Typically communicates with a wide variety of individuals (employees and managers) throughout the organization and outside of the organization

Salary Range: 

$25.34 - $44.33
