4. Procurement & Contract Administration
- Support the development of procurement strategies and packaging plans for consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Work with Commercial/Contracts teams on tendering, evaluation, and award of contracts.
- Administer contracts, including monitoring performance, managing variations, claims, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
5. Construction Management

- Prepare and deliver clear, concise progress reports, presentations, and dashboards to senior management.
7. Risk, Quality & Compliance
- Develop and maintain project risk registers, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes for design and construction.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, international best practices, and project policies and standards.
8. Handover & Operational Readiness
- Plan and manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities for property assets.
- Coordinate documentation, as-built drawings, manuals, and training for operations teams.
- Support operational readiness and initial occupancy, ensuring that completed assets meet user and operator requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
