Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Investor Relations Specialist to join our team! In this role play a critical role in enhancing the communication and relationship between Royal Commission and its investors. This position is responsible for developing and executing investor relations strategies, managing investor communications, and ensuring that the company’s performance and strategy are effectively conveyed to the investment community.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement investor relations strategies and initiatives.

• Manage and enhance relationships with institutional investors and analysts.

• Prepare and disseminate investor communications, including earnings reports and presentations.

• Analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities to provide insights.

• Organize and coordinate investor events such as calls and conferences.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all investor relations activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and strategic goals.

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and investor feedback.

• Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely information.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or in a related field with 6 to 8 years of professional experience

• Strong background in sales strategies and marketing techniques related to investor engagement.

• Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) investment criteria is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
