Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Drafter to join our team! In this role you will get to work in a dynamic environment creating detailed working drawings.
What You'll Be Doing:
Utilize CAD workstation to prepare engineering drawings.
Work closely with other Designer/Drafters and Engineers to ensure a coordinated design.
Utilize technical manuals to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable standards and codes
Compile data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.
Read and understand orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or High school diploma (or equivalent) or similar is required.
10+ years of MEA/KSA CAD drafting experience preferably in buildings, mixed use development or large scale infrastructure projects
Expert in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Autodesk Civil 3D & Navisworks, ProjectWise & BIM360.
PC literacy is essential with a strong foundation in utilizing CAD/Revit
Meticulous and detail orientated
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines
