Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architectural Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work in a collaborative and creative environment to complete integrated, sustainable designs and layouts within a program.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working as part of an integrated team, performs front-end layout and design.

• Anticipating problems at the outset in order to provide appropriate solutions that shall be included at design stages.

• Presenting designs and design ideas to various stakeholders.

• Ensures design compliance with required specifications, tolerances, safety factors, and client requirements.

• Performs interdisciplinary design reviews and provides coordination of data to ensure a compatible design.

• Establishment or revision of guidelines and standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture(or related field) is a must.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in large scale mixed-use development, infrastructure or building projects.

• Proven experience in architectural and/or interior design standards, practices, and techniques, as well as a demonstrated proficiency in sketching, rendering, model-building, and presentation drawing.

• Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural and interior design is also required.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to review the work of others, make rational and sound judgements

• Understand and apply industry practice used in company design standards and methods

• Creativity to bring designs to fruition for which there may be no clearly established precedents.

• Leadership and ability to work within demanding multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environments.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Ability to adapt to changes and unexpected challenges

• KSA driving license

• Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
