Job Description:
Parsons looking for an amazingly talented Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the reception area and welcome to the visitors.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
- Handle the sending and receiving of all couriers, coordinating effectively with courier companies.
- Distribute documents to contractors, including tender documents, and ensure receipt of originals. Return the receipted letters to the relevant project personnel via our internal distribution system.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school degree or above
