Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to help Parsons integrate new companies that have been acquired by Parsons.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working with acquired company leadership to plan and execute a smooth transition to Parsons business systems and practices,
• Working with Parsons functional leadership to assess acquired company business systems and business practices.
• Working with Parsons leadership to ensure a smooth working transition from doing business as the acquired company to doing business as Parsons.
• Working with a JIRA template to select features and stories applicable to each company integration plan.
• Creating a multi-functional time phase plan for integration for each acquired company.
• Troubleshooting issues that occur as part of integration.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of related work experience
• A broad general technical and business background

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements
• Effective leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects

Education and Technical Experience

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related technical/business field
• Project Management certification desired

Salary Range: $58.08 - $104.52
