What You'll be Doing;

• Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the best value and quality for the company.
• Procurement Process Management: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including preparing and issuing purchase orders, managing order tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and service providers, ensuring favorable terms, compliance with regulations, and alignment with company goals.
• Budget and Cost Control: Ensure that all procurement activities stay within the allocated budget and that cost savings are achieved without compromising quality or delivery schedules.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that procured items meet company specifications and quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control by ensuring the right quantity of products is available while avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and communications.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, cost savings, and inventory status to inform management decisions.
• Risk Management: Proactively manage risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and vendor performance to minimize negative impacts on operations.

What Required Skill's You'll Bring;

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least [5] years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in [industry-specific details].

• Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
