Job Description:

Parsons Corporation is searching for a motivated and innovative Logistics Analyst to join our growing organization.

The responsibilities include coordinating the procurement, tracking, integration, storage, shipment, and fielding of a global network of tactical systems.  Outstanding team members at Parsons are self-starters with an insatiable curiosity, superb work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills.  The ideal candidate would have experience managing hundreds of hardware components throughout their lifecycle and ensuring success in a complex, dynamic system of systems.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops/maintains a procurement tracking system for all hardware to manage components from cradle to grave.
• Works with internal and external stakeholders to obtain procurement approvals and procure hardware.
• Tracks procurement lead times and prioritizes needed procurement actions to meet customer requirements.
• Works with vendors to obtain hardware quotes.
• Tracks systems integration and provides capability updates to stakeholders.
• Maintains and manages system spares, as well as test and training systems.
• Maintains positive control of all hardware and tools.
• Creates tailored inventory reports.
• Ensure all electro-static sensitive devices are stored with the proper protection.
• Manages warehouses and storerooms.

Job Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory control, and procurement
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to bend and lift 20 pounds and climb to work platforms over 10 feet in height
• Security Clearance Requirements: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge or interest in radio frequency and antenna design
• Knowledge or interest in SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, Digital Signals Processing, Intelligence Community communication networks, RF fundamentals, tactical hardware, and algorithm development
• Preferred active TS/SCI clearance.

Salary Range: $26.25 - $45.96
