Job Description:

Junior Stakeholder Coordinator

Abu Dhabi

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get the opportunity to support across various stakeholder activities for infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. With your background in infrastructure and engineering, you would be a vital support on managing these activities and driving excellence!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support stakeholder management activities across assigned projects.

• Track authority approvals, NOCs, permits, and stakeholder requirements.

• Coordinate with government authorities, utility providers, consultants, and project teams.

• Maintain project records, trackers, and stakeholder databases.

• Follow up on submissions and approval status with relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in preparing letters, presentations, and stakeholder reports.

• Support the team in identifying approval risks and resolving coordination issues.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or a related/Equivalant field.

• Over a year of experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, permitting, or related fields.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Experience in Abu Dhabi is essential.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authorities and approval processes.

• Knowledge of infrastructure and development projects.

• Experience in document control, project coordination, or permitting activities.

• Experience using project management and collaboration platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
