Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior IT Analyst (Saudi National) to join our Team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees or clients.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Provide guidance to users on basic IT-related queries.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

• Perform routine system updates and backups.

• Monitor system performance and report any irregularities.

• Support the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wireless networks.

• Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.

• Ensure network security by following established protocols.

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.

• Document processes and procedures for future reference.

• Provide regular updates to senior IT staff on ongoing tasks.

• Work closely with senior IT Team and other departments to address technical needs.

• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects or upgrades.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 0 - 3 years of experience

• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addresses, DNS, routers, etc.).

• Knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus.

• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
