Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mobility Data Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work alongside mobility experts in the development of a large city in Saudi Arabia by managing the data supporting mobility governance policies and procedures and strategic transportation models.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building a wide network of key program stakeholders across development districts
• Curates, validates and compiles all digital information and tabular data inputs for consolidation into a common database for applying and reviewing data models
• Coordinates inputs to documents and the strategic transportation model
• Ensures a single source of truth for the transportation model data
• Identifies data discrepancies through validation and reconciliation of multiple data sources
• Manages identified core datasets (population, employment, land use, transport infrastructure and services) to ensure their mutual consistency and to translate into a common digital format for use in all downstream governance products
• Creates maps and visualizations for documents

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• B.Sc. in a relevant discipline
• 10+ years in data management for planning or transport projects.
• Expert proficiency with GIS applications, interfaces, and geodatabases (SQLServer/JSON etc.)
• Experience managing large datasets and automating data processing workflows.
• Design of model data structures.

• Exceptional technical writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work within culturally-diverse team and quickly establish key relationships
• Experience working on giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
