Job Description:

CTI, a Parsons company, is seeking an exceptionally talented Joint Data Network Officer (JDNO) and/or Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for integrating the Joint Data Network (JDN) with tactical, operational, and strategic information processed over Multi-Tactical Data Link (TDL) Networks. Your efforts will help fuse a concise, timely, and actionable common operational picture for the Joint Force Commander (JFC), Joint Task Force Commander(s), Subordinate Component Commanders, and their operational staffs to plan and execute joint and combined military operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Theater and Service JICO and JDNO personnel

  • Design, review, and provide recommendations on Tactical Data Link (TDL) architectures and operations

  • Provide technical and test support for Command and Control (C2) equipment installation

  • Advise technicians on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

  • Advise on compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity regulations

  • Advise on methods for troubleshooting, repairing system malfunctions, and resolving equipment issues

  • Recommend changes to operations and maintenance processes to enhance mission readiness and system capabilities

Required Clearance:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must possess an ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of related experience (additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)

  • At least 10 years of experience in joint network management, including a minimum of 5 years in military operations with a focus on staff planning, capabilities, strategies, and technologies

  • At least 5 years of combined experience in military operations focused on joint data networks and tactical data links with partners and allies, including at least 3 years of experience in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR)

  • Demonstrated experience managing technical projects of a research and development (R&D) nature, particularly in advanced techniques, theories, and practices related to technology programs transitioning to operational use

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational knowledge management, and operational assessment capabilities


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Graduation from a recognized Weapons School is highly desired

  • Expertise in all facets of the coordination and execution of the Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess (F2T2EA) process is highly desired

  • Familiarity with ABII and Joint Fires Network (JFN) program objectives is desired

  • Regional expertise in the political, economic, cultural, and security dynamics within the INDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR) is highly desired

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
