Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
Prepare detailed incident reports and follow up on corrective actions, ensuring that all incidents are properly documented and lessons learned are shared with the team.
Liaise with insurance providers, legal teams, and regulatory bodies during incident investigations and resolution.
Safety Equipment & Infrastructure:
Ensure that safety equipment (e.g., first aid kits, fire extinguishers, PPE) is available, properly maintained, and accessible across all project sites.
Work with procurement teams to ensure the purchase and proper distribution of safety supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with senior management to ensure that safety is prioritized in the organizational strategy and at all levels of operation.
Serve as a point of contact for employees and management regarding safety concerns, offering guidance and solutions.
