Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graphics & Reporting Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will be responsible working within the project management office and perform all the necessary duties required by the client and our project manager within the scope specified by the contract.

What You'll Be Doing:

• The overall progress of project

• Collecting various data through Power Bi and produce well-presented documents for senior leadership

• Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio

• Periodic reports (weekly, monthly, annual …etc.).

• KPI reports 

• Analyze projects status and prepares reports highlighting all the potential risk and issues facing the project and suitable solutions.

• Assists in prioritizing projects as per Strategic Business Objectives

• Assist in the preparation and review of the requested budget for future projects.

• Follow up and ensure the application of projects governance and PMM 

• Proper record keeping of all project database and update regularly.

• Gathering and documenting lessons learned and ensure sharing with all projects.

• Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication

• Participate in the training sessions for the client’s project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractor related to the implementation of the professional management tools and procedures.

• Prepare projects progress to follow up the dashboard and update it as requested

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or anything relevant from a recognized university with 5+ years of work experience in Project reporting and dashboards.

• Expert in Graphics, Queries, database management, and Power BI.

• Understanding of Project Control principles would be a plus, ie. Cost, budgeting.

• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
