Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Electrical/ CCTV Inspector to join our team! In this role you will oversee and inspect daily site installations related to High Voltage, Low Voltage, CCTV aother Electrical construction, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducts inspections and tests to determine if work has been done in accordance with contract specifications.
• Get involved in monitoring, inspection, coordination, witnessing and documentation of all works of the project
• Oversee and inspect all High Voltage, Low Voltage, and CCTV work and ensure that installation activities comply with contractual obligations and quality control standards
• Attend to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner
• Maintains office files related to the project, quantity calculations and writes daily diaries.
• Prepares daily reports and other documentation, as required by the contract
• Verifies that only approved materials are incorporated in the work
• Reports on installed quantities to verify applications for payment and change order work
• Recognizes potential conflicts, issues and problems, and reports to supervisor with proposed solution
• May provide technical guidance to junior inspectors
• Participates in the development of job safety practices and in the preparation of safety reports
• Participates in the development of quality control reports and procedures
• Coordinate the works to ensure successful hand-over of the project

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 10+ years’ experience
• We are looking for High Voltage, Low Voltage, and CCTV candidates that preferably have an infrastructure, and underground utilities,  understanding the related requirements,
• Experience managing contractors and their subcontractors.
• Ability to use and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedule, and quality control plans relating to complex construction projects, specifically P&ID drawings, single-line diagrams, and conduit schedules.
• Requires being on-site 100% of the time to provide continuous oversight

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with infrastructure and building projects.
• Experience working with multiple partners and clients.
• Tunneling experience, a plus
