Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented and experienced Defensive Systems Sensor Analysis Lead to join our team! In this role, you will lead a team performing all-source analysis of ground-based, space-based, and missile-bore RF sensors associated with offensive and defensive systems.  Sensors include active and passive radar systems as well as EOIR systems.  Detailed analysis will include antenna, transmitter, receiver, signal processor, resident software, data processor, displays, and controls.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working closely with the customer to understand and deliver quality products that accomplish their mission

• Coordinating multiple analysis tasks and staff performing analysis

• Reviewing and directing staff and subcontractors providing products expected by the customer and the sensor technologies being investigated.

• Supporting analysis by providing experienced engineering insight that leads analysis efforts.

• Providing detailed review, direction, and support to all-source analysis and modeling & simulation projects.

• Interviewing, hiring, and mentoring staff to support this mission as the team grows.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• MS or Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline and 20+ years of experience in sensor technologies including RADAR.

• US Citizenship. DoD TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance

• Experience with/understanding of radar sensor technologies and their use within weapon systems.

• Experience supporting the intelligence community

• Ability to mentor and provide task leadership.

Required Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Prior leadership experience over teams

• Prior experience establishing teams and supporting program transitions

• Broad technical experience, including phased arrays, waveform design, and electronic countermeasures

• Experience training junior engineers in sensor technologies

Salary Range:

$155,600.00 - $280,100.00
