Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Vice President, Safety, Health, and Environment to join our team!

Overview:

Are you a visionary leader with a steadfast commitment to Safety, Health, and the Environment? We are a globally recognized organization known for our outstanding SH&E programs, and we are seeking a dynamic professional to elevate our initiatives to new heights.

We are in search of a Vice President to lead our SH&E program. This executive role requires providing inspirational leadership for the development and implementation of SH&E strategies across the corporation, its business segments, and regional operations. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and passion for safety and the environment across all business units and projects, driving continuous improvement throughout the corporation.

The successful candidate will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, using creativity and influence to implement innovative systems, technologies, and programs. They will “own” our core value of Safety and serve as a role model for these key cultural attributes within our company.

Reporting to the Chief Business Operations Officer, this change agent will be a results-oriented leader dedicated to the continuous enhancement of our SH&E program.

Location and Travel:
This position can be based in any North American location. Travel throughout North America and globally will be required.
 

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 20 years of broad and diversified SH&E experience.

• CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) preferred.

• Extensive experience in leading cultural change across large organizations.

• Proven track record of delivering SH&E performance metrics, driving business growth, and developing staff.

• Strong business acumen, with expertise in cost control and claim management.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage digital technologies and innovative solutions to enhance SH&E practices.

Salary Range: $186,800.00 - $357,100.00

This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
