Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President to lead our Cyber Warfare Program Directorate under our High Consequence Missions Sector, focusing on offensive and defensive cyber operations for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC). This role involves managing business and programs with USCYBERCOM, DoD Cyber Service Components, and Intelligence Community Agencies.  The role provides strategy, direction, and management across our Cyber Warfare portfolio to drive growth and ensure operational excellence supporting high-impact cyber missions.

This will be an in office role based in the DC Metro area

What You'll Be Doing:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies for the Cyber Warfare business, including Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) components, USCYBERCOM, Service Cyber Components, Intelligence Community, and DARPA growth areas.

• Business Development: Partner with our growth organization to identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the directorate’s portfolio and driving revenue growth. Collaborate with Business Development and leadership to market and secure additional work.

• Operational Management: Oversee all phases of large projects within the program, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cyber professionals. Review and evaluate performance of subordinate managers and recommend compensation changes as appropriate.

• Financial Management: Manage the division's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively. Assess profit opportunities and measure results against established schedules and financial objectives.

• Compliance and Security: Ensure all operations adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance, mitigating risks and protecting sensitive information.

• Innovation and Development: In partnership with our Chief Technology Officer’s team, identify and develop IR&D programs to enhance cybersecurity solutions. Establish go-to-market plans for delivering cybersecurity services and identify new use cases for Parsons' cyber solutions.

• Cross-Sector Collaboration: Collaborate with organizations across Parsons to identify opportunities for cross-selling current Cyber Warfare solutions, services, and products in new markets.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in building and executing Profit and Loss (P&L) organizations with a high degree of independence, including at least 10 years in a leadership role within the DoD or IC.

• Deep understanding of offensive and defensive cyber operations, Operational Technology (OT), Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), and the cybersecurity lifecycle.

• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in business development, capture, shaping, and proposal development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $186,800.00 - $357,100.00

This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
