Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Director to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the oversight and management of all technical, programmatic, growth, and functional support for the UA portfolio
• Perform deputy PM duties
• Provide Technical leadership and oversight to multiple program tasks

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 15+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary, technical teams

• Bachelors + Masters degree in a technical field

• PMP Certification and PM experience

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with Parsons resources – MANTIS, CFT, RATS, Procurify, GovCloudGPT, Appsetra

• Experience with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence) for project and task management

• Experience staffing cleared programs and managing technical talent

• Experience leading and supporting formal and informal proposal efforts and whitepapers for MPO, DoD/IC, and commercial customers

• Experience drafting and presenting briefs for high level internal and external audiences

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $167,400.00 - $314,500.00

This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
