Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Quality Coordinator to join our team!
The Systems Quality Coordinator supports the successful delivery of complex infrastructure systems by integrating systems assurance, quality control, and field quality activities. This role works collaboratively with Systems Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) teams to ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable standards, and Validation and Verification (V&V) processes
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support implementation of project systems assurance and V&V processes.
- Review systems-related documentation including V&V matrices, inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and evidence packages.
- Coordinate and perform field inspections to verify conformance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Track, document, and support close-out of deficiencies and non‑conformance reports (NCRs).
- Support compilation of system handover and closeout documentation.
- Liaise between Systems Engineering, Construction, Quality, and T&C teams to clarify expectations and requirements.
- Prepare quality and systems assurance status reports and metrics.
- Support audits, walkdowns, readiness reviews, training, and general quality administration activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business, or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 4+ years of work experience in Quality, or related field
- Experience in systems assurance, quality control, or construction quality on major infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection processes, and technical documentation.
- Light Rail Transit (LRT) or transportation infrastructure experience is considered an asset.
