  • Prepare congressional talking points, briefing materials, executive summaries, decision memoranda, and responses for NGA senior leadership.
  • Support senior-level meetings, working groups, interagency engagements, and policy coordination sessions.
  • Monitor developments in the national, commercial, and international space sectors and assess their potential impact on NGA missions and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and other collaboration tools supporting Intelligence Community and Department of Defense coordination on commercial imagery and international affairs.
  • Track action items, policy decisions, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties in support of NGA’s space and international affairs mission.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Ability to analyze complex policy, technical, and operational issues and develop clear recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing senior-level briefings, congressional materials, policy documents, and executive correspondence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate deliverables across a complex interagency environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or comparable collaboration and knowledge-management tools.
