Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Security Technician to join our team! In this role you will get to develop, install, and integrate technical security systems, network systems, and applications.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Traveling 75% - 90% to develop, install, and integrate technical security systems, network systems, and applications in various overseas government facilities in US and Out.
• Reading, interpreting, and drawing electrical, electronic, and electromechanical schematics.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Install low voltage power supplies.
• Use, repair, and/or calibration of electronic test equipment - meters, oscilloscopes.
• Install mechanical and electromechanical locking systems - electronic strikes, locks.
• Install pedestrian and vehicular access control systems - door controls, vehicle barriers/arrest.
• Install close circuit television systems (CCTV) - monitors, cameras, switchers.
• Install Intrusion Detection Systems - alarms, detectors, sensors.
• Install Public Address Systems - emergency notification systems, intercoms
• Once employed the candidates will be required to complete and maintain a yearly medical clearance and it is also a requirement that your medical screening is completed in a US based medical facility. 
  
  What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
• Biometric experience is a plus.
• Other Trade skills.

Salary Range: 

$29.42 - $51.49

This position requires a Fit for Duty exam as part of the job requirements. Successful completion of this exam(s) will be required post offer acceptance, prior to you being able to continue in the hiring process and onboarding.
