Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Risk Manager to join our team! In this role you will be senior responsibility for Parsons’s risk management for SAPL Al Soudah Development PMC project. Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all risk management work under Mobility sector is in full coordination with Al Soudah processes and procedures. Dual Reporting, reporting directly to the Program Risk Lead and Mobility Sector Director.

What You'll Be Doing:
Implements the program risk management plans to all projects under the sector.
Implements Standard operating procedures for the risk management and ensure that QIP delivers operational consistency across the sector’s projects.
Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the risk management program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
Leads forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the projects.
Responsible for oversight of risk management among across the sector.
Responsible for risk management of external and third-party approvals under the sector.
Reports risks and issues to the Senior Controls & Sector Director and Risk Lead and develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development to the project team members if required;
Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor in engineering / management
Minimum 15+ years’ experience in engineering and/ or project management including having worked as the risk manager on large-scale projects.
Expertise must have been gained from working for Western Internationally reputed firms.
Must have led large Risk Section with top international firms and on prestigious projects
Experience and demonstrated skills in identifying problems, assessing alternatives and determining solutions.
Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).

Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
Ability to work in teams.
Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex risk environment.
Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
High-level understanding and appreciation of risk management in complex risk environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA.
