Job Description:
Senior Resident Engineer
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Resident Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to lead a large scale and regionally important project.
What You'll Be Doing:
Client Interface Management
Leadership and Management of Multi-Disciplinary Infrastructure teams
Resource, Planning and allocation
Programme, Schedule and Deliverable management
Monthly Progress Reporting
Financial and Commercial management
Construction quality assurance
Claims and Change Management
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering / Construction discipline from a recognized university.
Over 10 years of related work experience on major infrastructure projects within the region.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing multiple contractors on complex infrastructure projects.
Proven track record in the successful delivery of major infrastructure works, with particular expertise in large-scale utility networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Requires a working knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes, as well as industry practices. Also requires a familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering and construction and the potential for performing in a lead capacity on a project.
