Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a powerhouse Senior Reporting Manager to join our team on THE LINE, the revolutionary centerpiece of NEOM.
The Role
As a Senior Reporting Manager, you will be the "single source of truth" for project performance. You’ll design, implement, and oversee the reporting frameworks that keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and milestones for one of the most complex infrastructure builds in human history.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Analytics: Develop and manage comprehensive project dashboards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor progress across multiple work packages.
Executive Reporting: Curate high-level monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reports for NEOM leadership, ensuring 100% accuracy and clarity.
Data Integration: Collaborate with project controls, scheduling, and commercial teams to synthesize complex data into streamlined narratives.
Process Excellence: Establish standardized reporting protocols and tools to ensure consistency across the program.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or a related technical field) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls or reporting on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Expertise: Mastery of reporting software (Power BI, Primavera P6, or similar) and the ability to explain technical engineering delays in a business-centric way.
Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, pioneering environment like NEOM
