Job Description:
Are you a quality-focused professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects? We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Total Quality Management (TQM) system for a high-profile Facilities Operations Managing Agent project. In this role, you will ensure that all project activities meet client expectations, comply with statutory regulations, and align with Parsons’ internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Quality Plans: Establish Project Quality Plans and oversee the implementation of a robust audit program to ensure compliance with approved procedures.
Capture Lessons Learned: Maintain a Lessons Learned register, ensuring timely action is taken to address identified issues and improve processes.
Monitor Performance: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate overall and discipline-specific performance across the project.
Conduct Quality Reviews: Perform regular reviews to ensure all agreed procedures and policies are effectively implemented.
Identify and Address Deficiencies: Report quality deficiencies and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Maintain Quality Records: Ensure all requisite quality documentation and records are accurately maintained.
Support Risk Management: Contribute to the risk and opportunity management process to mitigate quality-related risks.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
A bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 15 years of experience in quality management, preferably on large-scale infrastructure, Operations & Maintenance, or Facilities Management projects.
Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal), ASQ certification (CMQ/CQE.) or other related certifications.
Requires management ability and extensive knowledge of Quality Management practices, processes and current technology.
Requires thorough experience in directing and implementing quality management systems and standards specified by ISO 9000
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Strong interpersonal skills to work with other departments in a tactful and effective manner.
Strong leadership and management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical, problem solving, and risk assessment skills.
Computer proficiency with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Visio.
Familiarity with Facilities Management industry practices.
Experience working in KSA or GCC region, with a strong understanding of local regulatory requirements.
