Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will manage the end-to-end management of the ERF across four key phases, driving coordination between project partners and ensuring successful execution aligned with strategic objectives. The role requires deep expertise in project delivery, team leadership, and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary infrastructure environments.

What You'll Be Doing;

  • Lead the full life cycle delivery of the ERF scope across all 4 phases, managing the program under a finish/start scenario linked to the SO&W transition.
  • Define the critical path, manage interdependencies between phases, and ensure that project milestones are met in line with the master schedule.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to manage timelines, costs, scope, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of the SO&W team into the ERF delivery framework, aligning processes, responsibilities, and delivery expectations.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between the core team, SO&W, and external stakeholders as support is required.
  • Coordinate the efforts of internal and external teams, ensuring clearly defined responsibilities across DP, PMC, and CS functions.
  • Drive the successful management of DP, PMC, and CS deliverables, ensuring scope alignment, quality control, and timely submission.
  • Interface with senior leadership and client representatives to align objectives, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
  • Monitor and control documentation, approvals, and reporting in alignment with project governance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed execution plans for each ERF phase, clearly defining work packages, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
  • Lead project review meetings, progress updates, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the budget, resource planning, and procurement activities to ensure optimized use of resources.
  • Ensure alignment between financial forecasts, contract deliverables, and execution milestones.
  • Lead value engineering and scope management exercises to maintain budget viability.[]p-
  • Establish KPIs to monitor progress, reporting performance to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and updates that reflect risk, status, and key decisions.
  • Maintain transparency and accountability across all project participants.

What Required Skills You'll Bring;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role on large-scale infrastructure or airport developments
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-phase project delivery with complex interdependencies
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, supervision, and construction.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of project delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Experience delivering early works or phased infrastructure programs.
  • Familiarity with local authority and regulatory environments.
  • Experience managing transitions between planning and execution phases.
  • Background in client-side project management, design management, or PMC oversight.
