Job Description:

Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure) 

Dubai, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager join our team! In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of the projects, including business, technical, financial, and administrative functions, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What You'll be Doing:

• Lead the development of project plans, including Health and Safety, Quality Control, and execution strategies.
• Define program requirements and ensure all deliverables meet established criteria.
• Assign responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and qualifications.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
• Secure additional work and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor project progress, manage change orders, and address potential delays or cost overruns.
• Coordinate resources across departments to build effective project teams.
• Collaborate with managers to develop budgets, schedules, and project plans.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance processes and promote technical excellence.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and ensure project milestones are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline from a recognized and reputable institution.
• Minimum 18 years of progressive experience leading the delivery of large-scale infrastructure, urban development, and master planning projects, with significant experience in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multidisciplinary projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and handover.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, risk management, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, drive project execution, and achieve key business and client objectives.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders, clients, consultants, and government authorities.
• Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
