Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager - Data Centers to join our team! In this role you will get to lead, govern, and deliver a large‑scale, mission‑critical data center campus.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the overall lead for the PMC, with accountability for safety, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery outcomes across all project phases

• Act as the primary senior interface with the Employer, leading governance forums, escalation processes, and strategic decision‑making.
  Establish and implement a disciplined project governance framework, including reporting cadence, controls, dashboards, and decision logs.

• Lead and integrate a multi‑disciplinary PMC team (construction, technical, commercial, planning, HSE, commissioning), ensuring clarity of roles and accountability.

• Oversee the development and execution of the Project Execution Plan, ensuring alignment with Employer standards, global design requirements, and RFS commitments.

• Manage programme certainty, ensuring early identification of risks, protected commissioning milestones, and timely escalation of schedule threats with recovery strategies.

• Provide senior oversight of FIDIC contract administration, ensuring fair, impartial determinations while safeguarding the Employer’s commercial and risk position.

• Ensure HSE leadership is embedded across all stakeholders, championing a zero‑harm culture where no commercial or schedule pressure compromises safety.

• Drive a quality‑first delivery approach, ensuring QAQC processes support long‑term operational reliability, maintainability, and performance.
  Lead coordination with the Engineer of Record (EoR) and Commissioning Agent, maintaining single‑point accountability for integration, readiness, and handover.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Proven experience leading large, complex PMC or PMO assignments for mission‑critical infrastructure projects, within the data center sector.

• Strong capability in programme governance, risk management, and senior stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrated experience operating under FIDIC contracts, exercising independent and defensible professional judgment.

• Ability to manage multi‑package delivery environments with numerous consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.

• Track record of maintaining delivery certainty under high commercial, operational, and schedule pressure.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• 10+ years’ experience in Data Centre (DC) with relevant experience, education and trainings. 

• Experience delivering hyperscale or enterprise data center campuses in phased, live‑environment conditions.

• Strong understanding of commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and RFS readiness for mission‑critical facilities.

• Familiarity with digital project controls platforms (e.g., Procore, SmartSheets, SharePoint) and data‑driven reporting environments.

• Experience working within the Middle East regulatory, authority approval, and delivery landscape.

• Leadership presence capable of representing Parsons and the Employer credibly at executive, authority, and board‑level forums.
