Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Procurement Manager (Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Building Projects) to join our team! In this role, you will get to develop and execute procurement strategies for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and optimal cost management.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
Monitor procurement budgets, track spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Provide procurement status updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Mitigate risks related to procurement and supply chain disruptions.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in procurement management for large-scale projects.
Expertise in supply chain optimization and vendor management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of managing procurement budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions.
