Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team! In this role you will provide support to MDA's System Security Engineering Directorate (MDA/CEY) in the development of system-level cybersecurity requirements, anti-tamper solutions, and execution of a disciplined systems engineering process to produce System-level technical documents necessary to establish the basis for MDA Program Office subsystem engineering.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide senior-level support evaluating cybersecurity developmental tests and evaluation of results

• Support the development of cybersecurity-related risks to Missile Defense System programs

• Support the integration of cyber requirements into system designs and into various cyber development and testing events to include tabletop cyber and intelligence exercises

• Support the evaluation and effectiveness of cyber capabilities to enhance MDS cybersecurity postures and supports various system engineering working groups and boards

​What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in a STEM field with a minimum 12 years of experience

• Active top secret clearance or the ability to quickly qualify for one

• Experience in executing Cybersecurity Vulnerability Testing, Adversarial Cybersecurity Developmental Testing, Cooperative Vulnerability Identification, Adversarial Assessments, Cooperative Vulnerability and Penetration Assessments, and characterizing risks

• Experience with blue and red team cybersecurity testing techniques

• Knowledge of and experience in test planning and execution and evaluation/analysis of data resulting from test events

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to senior MDA leaders

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Previous MDA experience, particularly MDA systems engineering

• Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes

• Knowledge of ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missile defense fundamentals

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $128,700.00 - $231,700.00
