Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Contract Administrator to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing
Report to Commercial Director
Provide support on all commercial issues within the projects.
Interact with Commercial Team and client and address all inquiries related to commercial and change management.
Assist with payment of contractors and consultants.
Assist with internal cost comparisons and cost projections.
Maintain payment logs, variation logs and claims logs.
Contribute to review of variation proposals submissions.
Review change logs submitted by Cost Consultant
Contribute to project cash flow updates.
Contribute to drafts of contractual letters.
Contribute to evaluation of prolongation costs and other cost claims.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field and 10 years demonstrable experience in commercial roles as PMC/PMO on infra & civil engineering projects; (5 years in GCC).
Knowledge of a wide range of contract conditions.
Knowledge of traditional and design and build contracts.
Good team player and communicator.
Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
