Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Contract Manager - Hyperscale Data Center to join our team for a major hyperscale data centre project in the Saudi Arabia.

This role will focus on managing all contract activities for the project, including negotiation, administration, risk assessment, and compliance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements. The Senior Contract Manager will represent the company in high-level contractual discussions and provide strategic guidance on complex contractual issues across multiple contractors and consultant packages.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Negotiate major contracts and contract modifications, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with project, client, and company objectives.

• Identify contractual risks and terms that do not conform with company policies, and propose mitigation strategies.

• Participate in strategic planning activities, including risk assessments, bid/no-bid analysis, and business plan development.

• Select, assign, and supervise contract administration personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.

• Provide training, mentorship, and professional development for team members.

• Maintain active participation in professional societies to remain current on contractual trends and best practices.

• Ensure the team has access to updated reference materials and guidance on contract administration.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across project teams, business units, and departments.

• Engage with client representatives, suppliers, and government agencies on contractual matters.

• Perform additional duties associated with contract management as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• Typically 15+ years of prime contract administration experience within a large international engineering and construction firm.

• Experience in international infrastructure or hyperscale data centre projects is a must.

• Comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and prime contract negotiation.

• Proven ability to independently negotiate highly complex contractual issues.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Working knowledge of PC software packages typically used in contract administration.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and direct work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience delivering projects in the Middle East or similar regulatory environments.

• Strong understanding of procurement and contract management processes for multi-package delivery models.

• Ability to function effectively in a multi-organizational environment and develop collaborative relationships.

• Proactive mindset with a focus on risk mitigation, efficiency, and compliance.
