Job Description:

As a Senior Business Support Specialist for Parsons, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our prestigious project in Tabuk. This role is designed for a high-level strategist and operator who can bridge the gap between complex project management and advanced digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for streamlining operational workflows and ensuring that the business systems supporting this giga-project are resilient, scalable, and data-driven.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize high-level business support functions, ensuring alignment with Parsons’ project delivery standards and NEOM’s unique compliance requirements.

• Digital Integration: Leverage your background in computer management to oversee the integration of business enterprise systems (ERP, Project Management Information Systems) used to track progress on The Line.

• Strategic Reporting: Synthesize complex data into actionable executive summaries for senior leadership, focusing on project milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical departments, onsite construction teams, and NEOM corporate entities to ensure seamless communication.

• Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes to increase efficiency in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of a giga-project.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Management, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field is mandatory.

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in business support, project coordination, or operations management, ideally within the construction, engineering, or technology sectors.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of business software ecosystems and a deep understanding of how digital architecture supports physical infrastructure projects.

• Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale business functions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
