Manage multidisciplinary design coordination to ensure architectural integration with engineering systems and project delivery requirements.
Ensure compliance with international architectural standards, sustainability frameworks (e.g., GSAS, LEED), and applicable building codes.
Coordinate with project management and construction teams to ensure architectural design aligns with budget constraints, construction feasibility, and project phasing strategies.
Lead design coordination meetings, technical workshops, and consultant interface sessions to resolve design challenges and maintain design quality.
Manage consultant deliverables and ensure timely completion of architectural design packages aligned with project schedules.
Track design submissions and manage review cycles, ensuring that all design approvals and documentation are properly recorded.

Support program leadership in resolving technical design conflicts and coordinating multidisciplinary solutions across the project.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution (mandatory); Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related design discipline preferred.
Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing multidisciplinary design teams on large-scale mixed-use or legacy developments.
Experience of race tracks, motorsports, hospitality, retail, high-end F&B, leisure, and entertainment zone developments is desirable.
Proven experience working on projects in the GCC region, with strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks, authority coordination processes, and design delivery within a PMC or client-representative environment.
