Witness inspections, mock-up approvals, material installations, façade testing, waterproofing inspections, and other quality-verification activities.
Monitor construction quality through regular inspections, identify non-conforming works, and coordinate corrective actions with the Contractor and QA/QC team.
Support the Resident Engineer in evaluating variations, technical issues, engineering clarifications, and site instructions related to architectural works.
Coordinate with operators, specialist suppliers, themed entertainment designers, and commissioning teams to ensure guest-facing environments meet operational, aesthetic, and functional requirements.
Participate in snagging, de-snagging, substantial completion inspections, handover activities, and Defects Liability Period inspections related to architectural works.
Review as-built drawings, finish schedules, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and handover documentation for completeness and compliance with project requirements.
