Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a Senior Architect to join our design management team on a prestigious ultra-luxury development project. You’ll play a key role in overseeing architectural design quality, coordination, and delivery across multiple high-end building typologies—ensuring the client’s vision of excellence, functionality, and innovation is realized at every stage.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You’ll lead the architectural review and coordination process across design stages from concept through IFC.

• You’ll work closely with consultants to ensure design compliance with project requirements, codes, and regulations.

• You’ll provide technical oversight and detailed input on high-end residential, hospitality, cultural, and mixed-use facilities.

• You’ll review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy, constructability, and alignment with the project’s luxury standards.

• You’ll lead and participate in design workshops, technical coordination meetings, and interdisciplinary reviews.

• You’ll support the integration of architecture with engineering and infrastructure elements.

• You’ll provide design guidance and support during value engineering and design optimization processes.

• You’ll help resolve design-related issues with consultants and contractors, ensuring timely and practical solutions.

• You’ll maintain design documentation, review logs, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role working on luxury or iconic developments.

• Strong portfolio of high-end architectural design and delivery across complex, multi-building projects.

• Deep knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and international building codes.

• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Registration with a recognized architectural body (e.g., RIBA, AIA, or local equivalent).

• Strong appreciation for sustainability, smart design principles, and digital workflows.

• Experience in site support during design implementation phases is an advantage.
