Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to support program engineers executing processes that produce system-level engineering standards and technical documentation, and overseeing the executing Program Elements required to develop system level components of the Defense of Guam weapon system. You will also support MDA/DE in the development of requirements that define Defense of Guam weapon system capabilities to be developed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct studies, analyses, and document reviews including quick response taskings, special studies, and joint studies with external partners. Report results and findings including trade study analyses, briefings, reports, and memorandums

• Assist with strategic planning and strategic and technical communications

• Assess internal and external executive correspondence and recommend technical edits; prepare technical correspondence and briefings for review and approval; and analyze read-ahead material, meeting minutes, synopses, and executive correspondence. Provide executive review EXSUMS, End-of-Event Briefing Packages, and analysis results

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• BS/BA with 7+ yrs related experience planning, tracking milestones, managing schedules, and coordinating across multiple organizations and agencies to ensure program deliverables are met

• Active Secret Clearance

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to facilitate collaborations between military personnel, contractors, and government agencies

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Systems engineering and analysis and process management

• Knowledge of Missile Defense fundamentals

• Risk Analysis and mitigation development

Salary Range: 

$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
