Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Tabuk. In this role, you will provide senior-level technical expertise, oversight, and design coordination for massive infrastructure and site development projects. You will be responsible for leading civil engineering design reviews, managing infrastructure master planning elements, and ensuring that construction activities strictly align with project specifications, international codes, and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee civil engineering design elements, including site grading, drainage systems, roadways, earthworks, and wet utility networks.

• Perform comprehensive technical reviews of contractor submittals, shop drawings, calculation reports, and material specifications.

• Provide strategic guidance and technical mentorship to junior engineers and design teams, ensuring a high standard of deliverable quality.

• Coordinate extensively with cross-functional teams (structural, mechanical, electrical, and project management) to resolve interface conflicts and ensure smooth multidisciplinary integration.

• Act as a key technical liaison with clients, stakeholders, and local municipal authorities to facilitate design approvals and project alignment.

• Conduct site visits and engineering audits to monitor progress, resolve complex field issues, and ensure strict compliance with approved designs.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or related Engineering field  from an accredited university. Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent professional registration is highly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of progressive civil engineering experience, with significant exposure to large-scale infrastructure mega-projects, land development..

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in civil engineering design software, including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and various hydraulic modeling tools. Deep understanding of international standards (AASHTO, ASTM) and the Saudi Building Code (SBC).

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

• Communication: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English. Ability to effectively present technical strategies to clients and project executives. Arabic language capability is advantageous.

• Attributes: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver results within tight schedules on high-profile developments in Tabuk.
