Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to provide direction and management for all aspects of quality assurance for the Integrated Base Defense Security System (IBDSS) Program .

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for the IBDSS Program.

• Ensure all contractual deliverables are correct, accurate and consistent across the program.

• Develop “best practices” for Quality Assurance Program; train Project Managers and operational staff on these “best practices”; and ruthlessly enforces these “best practices.”

• Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activity within the program.

• Quality Assurance representative from IBDSS to the client; with selected subcontractors; and Corporate Quality Assurance teams during the program execution.

• Establish weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items.

• Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.

• Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.

• Fill in and Perform Project Manager duties as needed.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
