Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager with a specialized focus on Electrical systems to oversee quality assurance and quality control for Parsons’ scope on the groundbreaking NEOM The Line project. This senior role is critical to ensuring all electrical installations—from high-voltage (HV) infrastructure to intricate low-voltage (LV) systems—adhere to stringent international standards, project specifications, and safety codes.

Core Responsibilities:

• QMS Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) specifically for all electrical works.

• Inspection & Testing: Lead all quality inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for major electrical infrastructure, including substations, power distribution, lighting, grounding, and instrumentation.

• Compliance: Ensure all electrical installation works conform to project specifications, relevant international codes (e.g., IEC, NEC), and regulatory requirements.

• Documentation: Manage the creation, review, and retention of all QA/QC documentation, ensuring traceability of materials, testing records, and completion certificates (handover documentation).

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of electrical QA/QC engineers and inspectors, driving a culture of "Right First Time."

• Auditing: Perform internal and external audits on subcontractor performance and material quality related to electrical packages.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC management on major infrastructure, railway, or complex building projects.

• Proven expertise in the inspection and commissioning of HV/LV power systems, ELV systems, and utility connections.

• Professional certification (e.g., ASQ, ISO Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
