  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, staffing needs, deliverables, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support scope development, scope management, and execution planning for assigned project activities.
  • Track project performance against contractual, technical, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project management plans, meeting minutes, action item logs, status reports, risk registers, budget inputs, project briefings, and closeout materials.
  • Chair project meetings, coordinate stakeholder communications, document decisions, and follow up on open actions to maintain project momentum.
  • Serve as a project interface with FAA customers and internal Parsons leadership on readiness, progress, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional support for FAA facility activities, including engineering reviews, site readiness, logistics, implementation planning, testing support, operational coordination, and final project deliverables.
  • Monitor subcontractor, vendor, and internal team performance to ensure work is completed in accordance with FAA safety, security, quality, operational, and technical requirements.
  • Assist Program Management with project forecasting, labor planning, ODC tracking, budget reviews, invoicing support, and project financial performance.
  • Identify potential cost, schedule, scope, or execution challenges and work with team members and leadership to develop corrective action plans.
  • Support change management activities, including identification of scope changes, schedule impacts, cost impacts, and customer coordination requirements.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with FAA customers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, project teams, and internal Parsons stakeholders.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Knowledge of project controls, project documentation, quality processes, safety requirements, and customer reporting expectations.
  • Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
  • Must be able to meet customer security requirements. A background check by federal authorities will be completed.
