Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Control Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role, you will support the tracking, updating, and monitoring of cost control and scheduling functions on smaller projects, and assist more senior Project Control staff as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support cost control activities, including updates to cost tracking and reporting inputs.

• Support scheduling functions, including maintaining and monitoring schedule data as assigned.

• Assist with project control analysis and related ancillary tasks to support project performance monitoring.

• Prepare and support routine project control reporting and status updates as directed.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project control information is accurate, current, and maintained in the appropriate systems.

• Assist more senior Project Control Engineer/Specialist on larger projects with additional project controls tasks as needed.

• Participate in cross-functional rotations/learning opportunities across Estimating, Cost Engineering, and Planning/Scheduling.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3-7 years of related work experience.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to support cost and schedule tracking with accuracy and timeliness.

• Familiarity with project controls concepts and basic cost/schedule analysis (as applicable).

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams.

• Proficiency with common project controls tools/spreadsheets and reporting (as applicable).
