Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an experienced Progress Control and Reporting Manager to support a major aviation program in the European Union (EU). In this role you will play a critical role in monitoring and reporting the progress of construction projects, ensuring alignment with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Program Director, the Progress Control and Reporting Manager will be responsible for tracking project performance, preparing detailed progress reports, and ensuring that the project remains on schedule and within budget. This role is essential in identifying potential delays, risks, and deviations, and providing actionable recommendations to maintain project alignment.
This position requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in progress monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis for large, complex construction projects, including experience in supervising construction works for airport infrastructure projects in Poland.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement progress control systems to monitor project performance against the approved schedule and budget.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress, identify trends, and forecast potential delays or risks.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including detailed updates on schedule performance, budget status, and key milestones.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to collect and validate progress data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Conduct regular site visits to verify reported progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
Identify and report deviations from the baseline schedule or budget, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Support the preparation and review of project schedules, including baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
Collaborate with the project team to assess the impact of changes, delays, or disruptions on the overall project timeline and budget.
Ensure proper documentation of progress-related activities, including daily logs, progress updates, and records of inspections and tests.
Facilitate progress review meetings with project stakeholders, presenting key findings, risks, and recommendations.
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of progress updates across all phases of the project.
Develop and maintain dashboards, charts, and visualizations to communicate progress and performance metrics effectively.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and reporting standards for progress monitoring and reporting.
Provide technical advice and recommendations to the Project Engineer or Project Manager to support decision-making.
Support the preparation of claims and change orders by providing accurate progress data and analysis.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
Participated in at least one service in the last 15 years that involved supervising construction works for the construction of a new or the extension of an existing airport, airport infrastructure, or airport facilities in the Republic of Poland. This service must relate to construction works with a total value completed or accepted by a certificate of acceptance (within the meaning of FIDIC) or a final acceptance protocol.
Held the same or a similar position for at least two investments with a value of at least PLN 500,000,000 for a total period of not less than 2 years within the last 10 years.
Within the last 15 years before the deadline for submission of offers, for a period of not less than 12 months, participated in the performance of at least 1 service, which consisted of supervising construction works for a task involving the construction of a new airport or the expansion of an existing airport or airport infrastructure or facilities executed in the Republic of Poland. This service must relate to construction works whose total value, completed or accepted with a takeover certificate for the entire works (within the meaning of FIDIC) or with a final acceptance protocol of the works, amounted to at least PLN 50,000,000 net.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Polish is an advantage.

Proven ability to manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate progress reporting.
In-depth knowledge of construction standards, scheduling methodologies, and reporting requirements.
Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions and their application in construction projects.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
