Job Description:

Vaxcom, a Parsons Company, is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to join our security team with specialized expertise in threat and surveillance detection programs. This position will be in Northern Virginia.  In this role you will get to lead and oversee the successful delivery of T&SD related security services, ensuring adherence to operational, budget, timeline, safety, and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of threat and surveillance detection operational services to Vaxcom clients
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budget and contractual obligations. 
• Develop and implement program strategies, objectives and deliverables in alignment with client needs and government regulations. 
• Monitor and manage program performance, including resource allocation, risk management and quality control. 
• Responsible for the management of subcontractors. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring program requirements and standards are met, and provide regular updates/reports to clients and stakeholders on progress, challenges and successes. 
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of security professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities and morale.
• Ensure all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Technology Management, Project Management (or) Bachelor of Science in Engineering, OR related field of study preferably with 3 progressive years of experience. 
• 2 years Program Management experience.
• Prior experience managing subcontractors. 
• Surveillance/Surveillance Detection/Countersurveillance related experience.
• Threat Detection and Attack Recognition experience.
• Facility Security.
• Active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP).
• Proven track record in managing programs, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting government programs/contracts within the Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, Law Enforcement and NRO.

Salary Range: 

$104,200.00 - $182,400.00
