Job Description:
Parsons Corporation is seeking a Product Support Manager with a proven record of leading mission assurance and logistics initiatives across the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and/or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in product support management, supply chain risk management (SCRM), and lifecycle sustainment planning within highly regulated, mission-critical environments. This role supports product system engineering by ensuring alignment between government requirements, industry capabilities, and compliance standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the development, implementation, and execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategies, including:
Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP), Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), and Supply Support Plans
Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC), Level of Repair Analyses (LORA), and Technical Manual Production
Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) documentation and provisioning data
Drive Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) initiatives, including the development of tracking systems, risk analyses, and corrective actions to ensure component quality and compliance.
Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems through audits, assessments, and process improvements.
Develop and review DoD Instructions and updates to enhance supply chain and sustainment processes.
Manage Product Support Team coordination across engineering, logistics, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure all contractual deliverables (CDRLs) and performance metrics are met.
Oversee Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation, and cost/schedule performance reporting.
Support all aspects of logistics, warehousing, and distribution, including procurement, inventory control, and property accountability.
Provide leadership and mentorship to logistics and engineering personnel, fostering professional growth and process excellence.
Lead mission assurance activities through audits, configuration management, failure analyses (FMEA/FMECA), and risk mitigation planning.
Coordinate with program management and contracting teams to ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR requirements and optimize resource allocation.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active TS/SCI required.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in logistics, product support, or sustainment engineering for defense or intelligence programs.
Proven experience developing and managing ILSP, LCSP, DMSMS, and SCRM documentation.
Strong understanding of quality standards such as AS9100D, ISO 9001, and EVM, and mission assurance standards.
Experience with DoD acquisition, contract deliverables (CDRLs), and configuration management processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with multiple government stakeholders.
US citizenship required due to federal contract obligations.

Prior support to US Army and/or IC programs
Strong technical writing and communication skills
