Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Process Owner Senior Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead in our client's governance processes as they enhance and continuously improve their management processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Analyzing Qiddiya policies, procedures, processes, manuals, and its associated documents.
Developing/ updating policies, procedures, processes, manuals, forms, templates, toolkits, and associated documents based on the industry's best practices.
Developing process enhancement strategies.
Establishing the project governance norms and standards.
Meeting with SMEs to discuss the enhancement of the policies, procedures, processes, manuals, forms, templates, toolkits, and associated documents.
Creating and presenting process improvement reports.
Overseeing the implementation of new processes.
Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
Gathering information from subject-matter experts and developing, organizing, and writing procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
Working with development and support leads to identifying documentation repositories, revising and editing, and determining the best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
Developing process maps & flow charts using Visio.
Creating guidelines and training materials.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Eight or more years' experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, operations, or business management
Collaborative mindset and adaptability to working in complex & challenging environments.
Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
A strategic and analytical mindset.
An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills.
A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
critical thinking and thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
An advanced skills in Microsoft Office Software including Visio.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Skills in implementing governance and process owners in engineering, business administration, process management, operations, or a relevant technical field.
Experience in a similar industry (development, design, and construction).
