Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Process / Senior Process Operator to join our team! In this role you will get to operate in a state of the art Green Hydrogen manufacturing facility.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitor and control production processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.

• Implement process improvements and troubleshoot production issues to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure peak performance.

• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, reporting findings to management.

• Train and mentor junior operators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for process efficiency.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in process operation within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of process control systems and production methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues.

• Experience with safety protocols and compliance regulations in manufacturing.

• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques to drive operational improvements.

• Proficiency in using process control software and data management systems.

• Knowledge of automation technologies and equipment used in manufacturing processes.

• Experience with continuous improvement tools and techniques.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (Senior Process Operator).

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Certification in process operation or related field.

• Experience and knowledge of alkaline water electrolysis.
