Job Description:

Our team needs a Network Engineer to support our expanding portfolio of work in the Intelligence Community (IC). As a collaborative member of a small and mostly autonomous team, this position directly supports secure enclave development networks.

Core Tasks:

• Configure and optimize network hubs, routers, and switches.

• Develop and implement network backup and recovery procedures.

• Diagnose network connectivity problems.

• Install and maintain network infrastructure device operating system software.

• Install or replace network hubs, routers, and switches.

• Monitor network capacity and performance.

• Patch network vulnerabilities to ensure information is safeguarded against outside parties.

• Test and maintain network infrastructure including software and hardware devices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree OR High school diploma and 5 years’ experience as a Network Engineer

• Experience with Cisco IOS and PAN-OS

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph

• Active DoD IAT Level III certification (e.g.  Network+, CISSP, CCSP, GCIH, GCED, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA; reference cyber.mil for current list of approved certifications)

• Cisco certification preferred not required.

• Ability to demonstrate cyber/IT related experience with attention to detail, customer service, oral and written communication, and problem solving.

Salary Range: 

$70,500.00 - $123,400.00
